Terms of Service

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Site and services are intended for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Neural Defend provides Atlas and related technologies for deepfake detection, document-fraud analysis, and associated identity and security solutions. The Site offers product information, resources, account access, and API integrations. Certain features require registration, a separate commercial agreement, or additional terms.

When you submit content to Atlas for analysis, that content is processed strictly in-memory for the purpose of generating a detection result and is not written to persistent storage. Only non-content metadata (such as request ID, timestamp, tenant ID, inference outcome, and security telemetry) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use Atlas for prohibited purposes, including creating or distributing deceptive synthetic media, circumventing security controls, or violating applicable AI, biometric, or data-protection laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover underlying models, algorithms, or source code.
• Use the Site or services to build competing products without authorization.
• Interfere with Site integrity, security, or availability.
• Submit malicious code, unlawful content, or data you do not have rights to process.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or services for illegal activity or to infringe third-party rights.
• Misuse our services to create, enable, or distribute deepfake or fraudulent content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Overload, scrape, or disrupt infrastructure without written consent.
• Send client biometric data or confidential content to unauthorized third-party AI services.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risks, or non-payment under applicable commercial terms. To request account deletion, contact support@neuraldefend.com.

Some features may be free; paid plans, API usage, or enterprise services are governed by separate order forms or master service agreements. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspended access.

All Site content, software, trademarks, documentation, and Atlas model artefacts are owned by Neural Defend or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a signed agreement.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, aligned with DPDP Act 2023 (India), GDPR, UAE PDPL, and ISO/IEC 27701:2019. Production data is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Central India; DR in South India) with encryption in transit and at rest.

The Site may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Detection outputs are probabilistic and should not be the sole basis for consequential decisions without appropriate human review where required by law or your internal policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Defend and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neural Defend, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to the Site, users, or Neural Defend. Upon termination, your right to access the Site ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights in your jurisdiction.
